At Goddess Speaks Fire™, our mission is to make healing tools, resources, and truths as accessible as possible. We pour our heart and time into every offering—and because many of our products are digital and instantly delivered, we have a clear refund policy in place.

Digital Products (Ebooks, Journals, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable items—including but not limited to ebooks, workbooks, card decks, journal PDFs, and printable resources—are considered final and non-refundable.

Once files have been delivered or downloaded, we cannot reverse that delivery, and therefore cannot issue a refund.

Exceptions

If you accidentally purchased a duplicate product or experienced a technical issue (e.g., you did not receive your file download), please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue or resend your files.

Coaching, Events, or Future Courses

If we begin offering coaching sessions, live events, or courses in the future, each product or program will include its own refund terms and conditions. Please refer to the details listed on those specific purchase pages.

Free Content + Email Opt-ins

Free downloads (like ebooks or resource guides given in exchange for your email address) are not eligible for refunds, as no payment has been processed. If you have trouble accessing a free file, we’re happy to help. Just reach out using the contact info below.
