Sticker the Silence — Quiet Lifelines for Anyone Who Needs Them

We place discreet QR touchpoints that lead to free, trauma-informed resources. We do this legally, safely, and respectfully. Small whispers. Big impact.

Quick-Start (3 Steps)

  1. Sign up. Use the button above. You’ll get a welcome reply and next steps.
  2. Print materials. Use simple QR cards or a mini poster that point to goddessspeaksfire.com/whisperproject/
  3. Place with permission. Use removable tape only. Snap a no-faces photo. Report placements with the button below.

Safety First (Always)

  • [ ] Go with a buddy or text someone your route and ETA.
  • [ ] Choose public, well-lit places. Trust your body. If it says “leave,” leave.
  • [ ] Stay low-profile. Place quietly. If questioned, be kind and brief.
  • [ ] Never argue. Never engage with hostility. Walk away.

Legal & Ethical Rules

We are permission-first and removal-friendly.

  • [ ] Ask permission for businesses, campuses, and private spaces.
  • [ ] Use removable methods only: painter’s tape, removable dots, suction hooks, card stands.
  • [ ] Respect “No Posting” signs and community rules.
  • [ ] Do not place on cars, homes, mailboxes, windows, or transit interiors unless explicitly allowed.
  • [ ] If asked to remove, do it immediately and thank them.

Friendly script: “Hi! We share free emotional-safety resources. May I place one removable card on your board or counter?”

Where to Place

  • Community boards (libraries, community centers, grocery stores) — ask staff.
  • Laundromats, coffee shops, salons, bookstores — with permission.
  • Campus resource boards, women’s centers, student unions.
  • Yoga, pilates, fitness studios (ask first).
  • Therapy offices and wellness clinics that welcome resources.

Where Not to Place

  • Any “no posting” area or where you do not have permission.
  • Personal property (cars, homes, mailboxes) or restricted buildings.
  • Hospitals, shelters, schools, and government buildings without written approval.

How to Place (Step-by-Step)

  1. Ask permission if needed. If denied, thank them and choose a new spot.
  2. Clean the surface with a dry cloth. Use removable adhesive only.
  3. Center the QR code. Keep it at eye level. Keep the message minimal.
  4. Take a quick photo for your report (no people, no faces, no staff names).
  5. Leave quietly. Smile. Be kind. That’s it.

Materials & Downloads

All materials should point to goddessspeaksfire.com/whisperproject. Use removable methods. Keep designs minimal. Discreet saves lives.

  • QR Cards (3.5 × 2 in): counter-friendly; best in permissioned spaces.
  • Removable Stickers (2–3 in): only removable vinyl; never cover official signage.
  • Mini Poster (8.5 × 11): for cork boards and designated posting areas.
